Unable to open Norton 360 Identity Safe Vault - password is okay, but denied.
It didn't say how to reset password - how can I reset the password?
Which Browser are you using? Is it a local or online Identity Safe? Which operating system?
If you reset the password on a cloud/online vault it will reset the vault and you will lose all you logins. Be sure you only do this if you have a backup of your logins.
As floplot has already asked, we need to know if you are using a local or online vault.
In case it is an online vault, go to the main 360 page and click on your email address at the top right. Then click Sign Out. Close your 360 and then try to sign back into your vault. You will be first asked for your Norton Account email and password, then you will be asked for the vault password.
