Unable to login

Identity safe was working and now when i try to log in i get "operation timed out.Check your network connection or try again at a later time"It happens in ie and chrome on the 3 computers i have?I tried to attatch screenshot but unable to upload png file on forum?

Yes windows 10,but went into those settings and i have chrome set as default browser.Still get error?

Tried all the solutions in the link and still have the issue.The only choice now is to uninstall-reinstall and i really did not want to do all that.

Update,i can sign in on 2 computers(win 7 & win 10)but on my laptop(one i use,win 10) i still get the error?maybe ill will try to reinstall this weekend when i get some time.i tried resetting the modem and makes no difference.
