Unable to restore files

The hard drive in my computer was damaged and needed replaced. I backed up all my files online and have reinstalled Norton 360 0n my computer once more. I have tried to restore my files using both the Norton back up which appears on the desktop and by logging into my backup and trying that way. The instructions seem clear but when I click on the file actions I get "Download a file" or "email file links" but no restore option. I can see the files so at least I know they are there but I cannot restore them.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hello Neildrain,

The only time that the restore option is not available is when you do not have Norton Online Backup installed on your computer. Try to add a computer, once computer is added then put new "Online Computer" in manual backup mode then try to restore. If this did not help please contact support at norton.com/chat.
