Unable to retreive activities...

For some reason Norton family is not logging the websites visited or it takes a while to do.  The search monitor tells me "unable to retrieve activities" and has been saying it all day.  Also, the android app has not updated with any info all day but when I login to the website it does update a little bit.  Some one please help me as my daughter is in home school.  BTW, it is blocking sites, I checked.

Can you please send me your Norton Family account email address by private message via the forum by clicking Inbox at upper right hand corner?

If the child uses Android device, please check to see if you have the latest version 3.1.1.31 of Norton Family for Android installed.   To find if you have the latest version, please go to your Android device, click Menu -> Settings -> Applications -> Manage applications -> Norton Family.

Hi alvinecigs,

The team checked into your account and they found you have two Windows devices that are being monitored and you are using the Android only for parent app.  Do you also check the activities on Windows, do you see the same "unable to retrieve activities" message on Windows PC?

Normally, the alerts/activities will be displayed only after 5-10 mins in portal.
