I have been getting the "Unable to retrieve activities" message when looking at my children's web and search activities. The other posts don't seem to offer any reliable means of correcting this. Any suggestions?
Can you please send your Norton Family account email address to me by Private Message via The Forum, so we can check into your account?
Can you also please go to the monitored PC (the child's PC) to see if Norton Family is installed correctly? For example, when you log onto the PC as the child and click on the Norton Family icon in the system tray, do you see all the options, available, not dimmed? Do you see the message that you are being monitored when you log onto the PC as the child?
