This forum thread needs a solution.

Unable to signon to Norton or Lifelock for 2 months stating account is moving to Cyber Safety Platform. Customer Service states system is down call back in 3-4 hours. Tried to uninstall and Reinstall. Help. I have identity threat and cannot access system.

Error code 32040. Original tracking # [removed]. As I can't signon, I can't use Chat or other Help options.
