Unable to submit dispute. Site rated unfairly. I need the negative rating to be removed for my site

Our site https://starware.com has been blacklisted/given a negative rating on Norton Safeweb.

We have our SSL Certificates in order, security protection via Go Daddy, and we do not have malicious content on our website. We have contacted our hosting party, GoDaddy, in many occasions to check if everything was in order, and they told us there is no reason why we would be given a negative rating.

Starware is a legitimate business, and we only use our website to inform about our services and our company.

I have tried submitting a dispute via Norton Safeweb, but that option is not available for starware.com, therefore I contact you here.

Could you please fix this and otherwise give me specific reasons why you believe the site is not safe?

Curious, is starware.com registered with Norton Safe Web.  Can you, as website owner, submit dispute directly thru:

Norton Safe Web pages have recently been refreshed.  Maybe, Norton Safe Web dispute process flow has changed.
