Unable to take a remote of a PC with Norton Secure VPN enabled

Logged into my clients PC via Microsoft Remote Dekstop. I noticed that Norton VPN was turned off although I specifically remember having turned it on last Friday. I proceeded to turn it on. I was disconnected from my remote session. Now, I am unable to reconnect. Your time and assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello. This article may help with your issue. Have your client reboot their computer, that should clear the VPN session.

Please disregard. I re-read your response and now understand what you were referring to. My apologies!

Thank you so much for the prompt reply. I do not wish to exclude an app but merely allow a MS remote session. Is this a VPN or firewall issue? Your time and assistance is greatly appreciated.
