Unable to update windows malicious tool (KB890830)

I'm using Norton AV, on windows 10 home edition. Today i had issue with installing update that related to malicious tool. When i'm trying to download it was giving the error 0*80070643. I referred in Microsoft KB related to this error. They've mentioned to uninstall the application and try, which i cannot make. Is there any solution for this? 

I already tried  by disbaled auto protect. As this was home edition i cannot skip this update.

Try restarting your computer and manually running Windows update again.
