Unable to Verify Client websites - Norton WebSafe

Hi,
I recently submitted about 8 additional client websites for Norton Websafe verification. I already had one site that was verified and one site that was still unverified (was submitted two years ago!). Anyway, I logged in again and, apart from the original website that was verified some time ago, all the other websites that were awaiting verification have disappeared. For example, when I click on site dispute I just get the message "We can't find the page you requested. You could try one of the links from the menu above, or you can visit our home page."
Should I re submit all my sites again? I did send a support email regarding the site that had been awaiting verification for the last two years but no response.
