Unexpected Norton VPN Billing, and I can't remove automatic renewal
I unexpectedly received an automatic billing for Norton Secure VPN. I didn't even know I had it (I have NordVPN if I want to use it). I went to my subscriptions and tried to slide the 'Automatic Rebilling' to off - All this did was to bring up an error message 'An unexpected error has occurred', and I'm still going to be re-billed.
I've always found Norton subscriptions and billing a total mess. Buying a new device can end up duplicated accounts with double billing from 'free' trials, and where are my subscriptions for Norton Mobile Security? They don't appear anywhere on the website.
