unsubscribe from norton emails

How do I unsubscribe from the flood of promotional emails that Norton keeps sending me. They don't include an "Unsubscribe" link in their messages. They don't have a page on their website where I can specify my email preferences. For a company that promotes themselves as guardians of my online privacy and security, this is absolutely ridiculous.

Log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right. Then click on Account Settings and scroll down to Email Preferences. Be sure the setting is unchecked. This is the only setting a user can use. Note that you will still get account related emails with this setting unchecked.

Re: unsubscribe from norton emails

The Email Preferences box in my Account Settings IS unchecked, and has been for several years. And yet, I continue to receive what amounts to "junk" emails from Norton: i.e, "product updates, offers, and security newsletters."  I would be happy if they only sent me account related emails, but that isn't happening.

FWIW ~

Opt-out from Norton account

  1. Sign in to your account.

  2. Next to Email Preferences, uncheck Email me product updates, offers, and security newsletters.

Unsubscribe from the marketing emails

  • To unsubscribe from the marketing emails, open the marketing email that you received and scroll down to the bottom of the email and click Unsubscribe.

Please READ my original submission. The Email Preferences box is unchecked.  The marketing messages do not have an "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom.

Hmm, I see Unsubscribe with my saved Norton emails.

What about Unsubscribe from your email client? for example: Gmail

Re: unsubscribe from norton emails

~ found Norton email without obvious Unsubscribe.
Maybe, try Block Norton or Report spam thru your email client.

Maybe, try Forward > Unsubscribe thru your email client.
