Unsubscribed but charged

Hi, I am located in Australia. Downloaded the Norton VPN app on my phone. Initiated the 7 day free trial, but cancelled my subscription 3 days in. I have been charged $129.99, but I’m unsubscribed. I have no transaction email from PayPal and I can’t find how to request a refund. It just continually goes in circles. How do I rectify this?

Did you purchase the subscription directly from Norton, or from within the app after downloading. If you started the subscription from the app, you need to contact Google Play, or the Apple App store for your refund.
