I tried to get help with the phone support waste of time had 2 people ( one supervisor), do absolutely nothing but make excuses and repeat there non answers
as well as chat session where I was told you " don't do updates"
really? what exactly am I and others paying for?
why do you not provide the support claimed?
do you have any accountability there?
not first time I have had problems getting any type of help last week I had Enrique in chat tell me to " google" for answer to my question, but yet some how he claimed he could fix the issue
last night I opened Norton and it signed me out ( had log in at top instead of my email), also my log in for the forum would not work as well
for the past few weeks I have noticed a issue that I think needs looked at as well
when checking for updates ( manually) instead of the previous no updates available or your up to date message ( when up to date) it downloads 1 8kb file , did that before the issues above happened
why would it download 1 8kb file?
