Upgrade LifeLock Plan

I was trying to change my LifeLock Plan to the next level which inludes bank account and credit card monitoring. I was not successful. I got bounced between LifeLock and Norton reps for almost an hour and taked to about 6 people. Apparently LifeLock and Norton and LifeLock reps are not sure who is supposed to help me. I am not pleased. I still want to make the change but only if I can be referred to a rep who can actually make the change.

Is your current LifeLock plan offered as part of the new Norton 360 product? That could be why you are getting bounce between the two  departments. 

Try the support options listed here.  https://memberportal.lifelock.com/support

After logging in, using Norton credentials, https://memberportal.lifelock.com/support,

Go to Billing, then Plan Details.

Scroll down to "Upgrade Now" (Below the Credit Features heading)
