Our records show that your Norton 360™ Multi-Device subscription has expired.
Right now, you are no longer receiving essential security updates.
This means all of your devices are vulnerable to viruses, spyware, and cybercriminals. In addition, your secured online backup no longer functions.
If you're on the Internet at all, renew your security now. Norton 360™ Multi-Device protects your PC, Mac®, smartphone, and tablet—keeping you safe when you surf, shop, and bank online.

Hello Rao-p

If your current Norton program is working as it should be and you are getting your automatic live updates ok, then I would say it's safe to ignore that. I assume that was an email sent out by one of the partner sites. It takes a while before they find out you bought and installed a different Norton product..

Thanks.

Did you have 360 Multi Device installed before you installed Norton Security? If you let the old subscription expire, that is why you are getting the emails. You can safely ignore them. They should stop after about 30 days.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
