How do you get Norton 360 to create new stronger passwords. Do you have to do that one-at-a-time when you visit the sites again?

What am I missing? I log into a website then change password. I went to Norton PW Mgr to generate a password, copy & paste it into the website. When I click save, Chrome saves it but not Norton! When I go into Norton it shows my last login PW so I have to go back to the site login to copy the new PW & then go back into Norton PW Mgr to delete the wrong PW & paste in the new then save that. This is an awful process to update over a hundred weak passwords. I'm not finding the Norton 360 PW Mgr very helpful or intuitive. Is there a better way I'm not seeing?
