Using Norton Cloud Backup first time - can anyone help me, please?

Hello Boys and Girls, I've been a Norton subscriber since always, but I've only now started to use Norton Cloud Backup, so I hardly know what I'm doing, or what to do.  Be much obliged for a few pointers in the general direction.  Thank you!
