Product Announcement: Norton Security 22.23.4.6 for Windows is now available!
Up until a few days ago my 360 subscription gave me a key for utils premium. As of today it tells me to re activate the product and looking at the subscription for utils it says it is disabled. Anybody else know anything about this. Thanks

Hello Claire. NU Premium has been replaced with NU Ultimate per this announcement. NU Ultimate now requires a separate product purchase if memory serves me correctly. NU Premium is also no longer offered for download within my Norton account having just revisited and looking. It CAN be downloaded here as a separate purchase. https://us.norton.com/products/norton-utilities

Hello,
I have a Norton 360 subscription but installing either N.U. premium or ultimate is a nightmare. When ordering one of these utlities, my browsers (firefox or chrome) gets stuck, nothing happens. My O.S. is an updated windows 10 home and updated Norton 360. If this issue persist I will install McAfee instead. Thank you.
