vanished smart scan

After reinstall by support smart scan is gone   Support is supposed to call me back   I can't follow the reinstall, myself  it's too complex  360 deluxe windows 10   Support has worked on this three times and then they gave up  how can i get support to reinstall and put smart scan back?

I had the same issue after a new-installation. Just wait a few days and the smart-scan button will be availble. It´s magic.

Mrtact. Has your product updated to the latest version 22.23.1.21? If so did that correct the issue for you?
