I forgot my Password on my Vault?
How do I reset it?
If you have forgotten your online vault password, resetting it will wipe out your vault. If you do not have a backup of your vault data, you might want to wait and keep trying to remember your password.
Due to various periodic issues that can arise when trying to access an online vault via the IDSafe / NTB applet interface, it may seem that you have forgotten your vault password, but in actuality this might not have occurred - Before pursuing any other remedial actions, which will eliminate all of your current online vault content, I would suggest first verifying that you actually have forgotten your password - you can do this verification by trying to log-in and access your online vault via the Norton Identity Safe website at: https://identitysafe.norton.com/home
Note that using this website will require correctly entering both your Norton Account credentials (email & password) as well as your online vault password.
