Vault Something went wrong. please try again

This happens to me almost every single day. I have to reboot and reboot and then eventually it works. I never had this issue with earlier versions of Norton and I see it has been an issue on the forum before and Norton says its fixed. But obviously it is NOT.

Please try Norton Password Manager vault access with VPN off.

What do you want to delete? 

Do you know your Norton Password Manager vault password? 


Norton Password Manager browser extension may be disabled &or removed the same as any browser extension. 

Are you asking about removing the data stored in your vault?

You can delete your vault from the Norton Password Manager browser extension. When you delete a vault, all of the Password Manager data that are stored in the vault is permanently removed. If you think that you may use your vault data at a later time, do not delete your vault.

To delete your Norton Password Manager vault, select one of the following:

Norton Password Manager cloud vault does not require Norton product subscription. 
Norton account does not require Norton product subscription.
