Version 22.21.8.62 Performance Tab Results

Any body else noticed ? Performance Tab, Graphs Tab - performance usage % values not showing - minor issue I know - values shown on main Performance Tab. Same applies to both Desktop & Laptop computers - display adaptors all up to date.

All as shown in posted screenshots - used to show live usage at both Usage & Events, still showing live on main Performance screen. AWOL after updating to 22.21.8.62 on both computers.

Its AWOL in the grapghic area, present on the main UI on my end. All machines.

The same problem here. I reinstalled Norton and it came back but as it updated it was gone again. It's annoying but it seems to be just an UI thing. The program works as it should as far as I can tell. I hope they'll get it fixed but as long as the graphic presentation works it's all good though.

Noticed today, September Performance tab, when hovering over an item, pop-up description does not appear. Go back to August, it works OK, come back to September & it now works. Same on both Desktop & Laptop. Had not noticed this before, working OK day or 2 ago although think I had a patch come thru last day or 2 in the form of an unannounced NGC product update. Happens each time on opening performance graphs, if you back out of graphs & come straight back in, problem re-occurs. Looks as though last version update has problems here, something that Norton needs to address.

Also just noticed, Graphs opens by default to Events page, if you then go to Usage & back to Events, pop-ups work.

@mgirons I confirm both bugs you mentioned above. They occur here as well.

I hope the Norton developers team will fix these bugs in the very next version.

By the way, I'll talk to a support agent tonight and ask them to create a new case and report these bugs in it.

Je rencontre le même problème que vous sur Windows 7 et Windows 8.1,
plus d'affichage sur les barres d'utilisation de l'U.C (Système et Norton)

Sur Windows 8.1 en plus du petit problème ci-dessus,
Le bouton "Optimiser" est inopérant et donc l'optimisation n'est plus possible.
Avec un message d'erreur à la fermeture de la fenêtre "Graphiques"

Manual Optimize works OK for me. Also triggers pop-ups to work after optimizing.

I am on Windows 10 - have an 8.1 Laptop but have not tried on there - will try tomorrow. Looks as though Norton have lost it again

@JNZ/@Pitbull2020  Tried manual Optimize on Laptop this morning which is running 8.1 & it runs OK - identical to Dell desktop running 10/21H1

Bonjour à tous
La dernière version 22.21.9.25 installée hier soir 30/09/2021 n'a résolu qu'une partie de mes problèmes :
Les barres d'utilisation UC dans fenêtres Graphiques refonctionnent.
Sur Windows 8.1 "l'Optimisation" ne fonctionne toujours pas. J'ai voulu réinstaller Norton 360 avec "Remove ant Réinstall",
pour cela j'ai télécharger le fichier d'Install sur mon compte Norton. Malheureusement la version disponible sur mon compte Norton
est encore la version 22.21.8.62, je n'ai donc pas installé.
Ensuite j'ai exécuter en dos la commande "sfc /scannow". Aucun problème détecté.
Là mystère de l'informatique, tout est rentré dans l'ordre, sans avoir réellement fait quelque chose.
Peut être un problème de date ou mois, nous venons de passer au 01/10/2021, et tout est ok
Bref tout refonctionne, et merci à vous tous pour vos fils et aides.

jnz - you mention installation files so I am assuming during the running of Remove & Restore you took the option of complete remove. I had issues a couple of months ago so selected completely remove option, downloaded installation files then, before installing, deleted my device from my Norton account. Reinstalled and current device reappeared on my account. I assume you done a couple of reboots with the running of Live Update between!

JNZ !! Lorsque vous supprimez un produit, effectuez un scénario de suppression uniquement et redémarrez. Téléchargez le programme d'installation depuis votre compte Norton comme vous l'avez fait. L'installation initiale sera une version inférieure à la version actuelle. Effectuer une mise à jour manuelle en direct récupérera les correctifs actuels et les installera. Un autre redémarrage permettra de s'assurer qu'ils sont correctement installés. Dans l'ensemble, c'est une excellente audition que les choses fonctionnent à nouveau. N'hésitez pas à créer un autre post si vous rencontrez des problèmes à l'avenir.
