Very annoying pop up "Norton Internet Security Subscription Expired"

I deleted and uninstalled everything I could find of Norton after this expired, however, this pop up comes up a twenty times a day, and I cannot get rid of it!

When I click on "I don't want to subscribe, and click Next, I get this:

I have NO CHOICE but to click Cancel or Subscribe. Clicking Cancel just makes the pop up go away for a while, but it will come back, and come back, and come back...

HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS FOR GOOD???? I cannot find ANYTHING else to do with Norton in my whole computer!

Try using the Symantec Removal tool, found here:

www.norton.com/rmac

That should cleanup any hidden pieces (there also was a Symantec Uninstaller with the original install, but I suspect you probably deleted that).
