VERY suspicious activity in Norton internet security 2009 firewall

I see these 2 logs that I have NEVER seen before ( I have not downloaded anything today) both isn the same second

c/programfiles/norton internet security/engine/16.5.0.134/HSLoader is preparing to access the internet STATUS- Detected, under info

c/program files/norton internet security/engine/16.5.0.134/OCSCtl.exe is preparing to access the internet, STATUS- Detected UNDER info

GreatNate,

HSLoader and OCSCtl are components for the Help/Support and One-Click Support functions. These will be launched, say, if you clicked "Help and Support" or going through Support after clicking through an error message.
