Hi bfalzone,

I read your other post.  Looks like you sometimes get activity logs, so please check out the thread to see if that helps.

As for video monitoring, I assume you are a Norton Family premier user as the function of monitoring videos is available for premier user.  Please check the browser that your child uses to see if the Norton Family Extension is enabled.  You can find it by clicking Tools -> Manage Add-ons in IE if IE is being used.

I have checked and the settings are as they should be. I also have trouble with seeing "use" of apps or video as well as evidence of downloading these apps.This goes for both the PC and the Android phone. It does not show up on either place.

Can you please let me know you are a basic user or premier user for video monitoring?  Have you ever seen any logs for video?
