I have a 5 device license.
I have Norton installed on 4 of my devices.
When I go to MyNorton and view my devices, I only see 3 of them...?
While you are at the My Norton web site, click on the user icon at the top right and then click on My Subscriptions. Look for your current subscription and click on Manage Licenses. See if you see listed the device that is not shown in your Devices list. Unfortunately, Norton has always had difficulty getting the Devices page to match the Subscriptions page. The subscriptions page has usually always been correct.
If you can identify which device is not listed, open your Norton product on that device and click on Settings > Administrative Settings and scroll down to Remote Management. Be sure that setting is turned ON. Restart your computer and check your Norton Account again after a little time has elapsed. The web site does not always update immediately.
