voice message

The past week or so I keep getting a voice message and a window coming on the screen saying welcome British telecom user and I have been selected to receive an I phone or play station and to click ok to continue, its obviously a scam but I cant get rid of it. Its always when I am browsing on ebay one or twice a day. Any ideas how to block it.

Re: voice message

petrolderek Clear your browser cache and cookies. Then open your Norton dashboard, under Performance run file cleanup. Recheck. If that doesn't get rid of it download, install and run Malwarebytes which is totally free and compatible with most OS's. Get it here: https://www.malwarebytes.com/ Let us know how you make out.

Re: voice message

You could also install an ad blocker in your browser that should block ads.
