On my PC with Windows 10, if I have the Norton VPN on (which I usually do), then click on the button in Norton home to open my password vault, instead of opening the vault, the Internet Windows search opens up and tries to open the Norton website. I have to turn the VPN off and then the vault opens automatically. Is that normal?? Doesn't make sense.

When I have Norton VPN on, and I click the Norton password vault icon in Chrome (to open the vault), a new tab opens briefly and then disappears without giving me a chance to open my vault. Same issue in Firefox. I have to turn off the VPN in order to access my vault. This doesn't seem like the best design.
