vpn on iMac late 2009 high siera

Hi , so recently my vpn won't turn on, i have to reinstall norton 360 every day to get the damn thing to work, a few months ago its fine, no problems, ive restarted the computer reinstalled restarted ..its driving me crazy..ive used the uninstall tool..but then when i power of and come back the next day its not working...does anyone know a fix or have found this problem themselves..
