VPN needs new IP.

The following is what I was told by a forum moderator.

"Unfortunately spammers and trolls also used the same VPN you are so we had to block the IP. Usually VPN's have hundreds if not thousands of IP's. Try contacting them for a new one."

How do I get a new IP?

Try turning VPN off and on to connect to a different server.
Try a different VPN region.
