VPN is not connecting

I have been having this problem for about a month. Have tried some of the suggestions however still not able to connecting. This is very frustrating as some of the suggestions are really above my ability. I have Windows 10.  Really need to speak to someone at Norton. The virtual assistant is pretty well useless at this point.

You can get out of the virtual assistane.   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
