Your image shows you are using the standalone Norton Secure VPN app. Do you also have Norton 360 app installed? If so, you should uninstall the standalone VPN app and just use the VPN feature in 360.
What device and OS version are you using?

But I have a subscription for secure vpn for one year .

But having the two apps installed can cause conflicts as the automatic settings in 360 can conflict with the standalone app's settings.
