VPN for W10 and no connect x infinity

Yes 3.5 hours of no VPN connect, tried most of the options including upgrading all 8 WAN's, says I have the latest versions. I am not a Puter  guy and am frustrated here. So how do I cancel the Norton Upgrade I just did to get this VPN animal???
