VPN wgTunnel
Has Norton dropped the standard VPN in favor of Wire Guard VPN which reflects as wgTunnel? Thanks for any sound information.

I do not know that ins and outs of the behind the scenes working of a VPN. But I can confirm that Norton recently started using WireGuard in their VPN offering.

Thanks for your reply. I have a couple of computers that I use daily and the original Norton VPN was replaced on one without a request. So, I guess when the other original VPNs update on those computers it will be Wire Guard then. I have noticed Wire Guard has difficulty maintaining the connections and gives false information about a being connected or not.
