Norton Secure VPN still not working. I has Apple Support try to help me but with no success.

Norton VPN will not connect and has not worked since the last week of October. Worked briefly yesterday evening. Now this morning it will not connect. In trying to connect it just overheats my computer and runs my battery down. Enough is enough. Time for a fix by Norton or time for a change for me to something else that works. Norton you need to get your act together.

Sorry to say I'm having the same problem with the "new" Norton 360 vpn (the one using NEIKEv2Provider) . When first set up it connected okay but now I just get "connection error" or it hangs on "connecting". I've tried logging out of my Mac and Norton and in again as per the solution given on these pages but in my case it doesn't do anything. (ie I don't get the box asking for my keychain password so that a new vpn profile can be created)
