The VPN will not shut off

i cannot go to youtube because its saying that im in a another country ..all because of the vpn will not shut off ..sigh ...

In Windows 10 I had the same problem on occasion a reboot of my Computer fixed it.

What device are you using? You should be able to turn off the VPN feature on all devices.
