VPN will not turn on

VPN will not turn on. This is happening on both of our computers running Windows 10 Home 20H2. It just started today. I reinstalled Norton 360 and ran the diagnostic fix but it still isn't turning on.

Same problem  on 2 computers one with Win10 64 bit 2004 did install the patch many times in liveupdate, did run norton autofix which required reboot 3 times, still same problem, VPN does not connect.  Very frustrating!
