vpn wont turn on

i cant turn on my vpn on my iphone or tablet to get to the internet 

the pc is    fine that's why i can e-mail you

I figured it out it was my new extended wifi antenna. I had to change the IP range to get it going.

What iOS version is on the iPhone? What tablet are you using and what OS version?

Are you finding the controls for the VPN feature and it just does not function?

Are you using the standalone Norton Secure VPN app or the VPN feature in the 360 app?

Another possible issue here. Are you manually choosing the United States as your VPN region? Another user here is seeing this issue.   https://community.norton.com/en/forums/trouble-vpn-not-connecting

If your problems were with iOS devices, try connecting again. There were some issues that Norton has resolved.
