Wallet on Web is Missing Banking Information

I added my bank information to the wallet but it does not show up when I access the vault through the internet.  I can see information on the phone app and the pc app.  I tried to add to internet but only credit card information can be added to internet wallet.  Why aren't all the platforms equal?

I forgot to mention this is the Chrome extension.

Re: Wallet on Web is Missing Banking Information

Having exactly the same issue: while online, trying to see cards i inserted on mobile device, few of them, but see none (see attached), whether show or hide details, nothing is shown on banking info. Can see however, address and personal info, but no banking, which is the whole point of this exercise. Please help!

BTW tried it in both Chrome and IE, same result (no expected result)

Re: Wallet on Web is Missing Banking Information

Try clicking on the ID Safe icon at the right of the address bar in Chrome. Then after signing into your vault, click the three dots at the bottom right of the little ID Safe window. Click on Settings. Then close the settings and you will see your vault contents. If you click on Wallet, does your bank card show up there? If not, click on the + sign to the right and add it again.

Not sure why the mobile and Chrome vaults would show anything different.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Re: Wallet on Web is Missing Banking Information

Actually, after clicking on the icon, you just need to click on My Vault in the lower left corner.

Norton must of changed something because last time I open my vault, bank information was missing and bank account was not a option when adding an account.

Glad to see bank information is here but definitely was missing before.  Not sure I would call this a solution.

Re: Wallet on Web is Missing Banking Information

You will be able to see the credit card information in IDSafe Portal(Web) provided if the card is linked to an address.

The address linking feature is not available for bank accounts.

In case if you want to link your card to address, please use Norton Security product's  IDSafe Vault UI . This cannot be done via standalone extensions

Re: Wallet on Web is Missing Banking Information

Are you really a Norton employee? The ID safe has a login section and a wallet section. In addition, you don’t need an address for either the credit card or the bank account. By the way, my previous comment indicated the bank account information is now available. I am not sure how your comment relates.
