On 08 April 2021 and 20 December 2022 members of the community asked about this app.  I now have it appearing from time to time as I log off.  Can some one advise me of how this app can be removed?  Why is not picked up by Norton?

Have you recently installed any programs or browser extensions? 
Does Norton Full Scan detect anything?
Does Malwarebytes Threat Scan detect anything?

Please include details:

  • Norton product or service name and version
  • Operating system - version / build 
  • Norton error message / error code / screen shot (mask personal info)
  • Steps to reproduce issue
