web page showing my subscription correctly but windows app is not showing the my subscriptions

Hi 

I could login and observe the subscription info in web page. but when i download and tried to login in windows app it is not showing the subscription info it is asking for the product key again. even i provide the product key it is not accepting it. 

let me know the solutions

After entering the product key, are you restarting your computer? Be sure you are using the Restart command. Not Shutdown and startup again if you have Windows Fast Startup feature enabled. If you use Windows 8/8.1, 10 or 11, there can be an issue with the Windows Fast Startup feature..
