well over two months and still no monthly report.

I posted a couple of weeks back that I had not recieved a monthly report for over two months, unfortunately I cant seem to find it in recent posts so I am making a new post. I have my computer set to recieve monthly reports but for some reason I am not getting them. I would appreciate any help I can get in sorting this problem out. It seems a bit strange to me that I have my computer set to recieve monthly reports but I am not getting them.
