What a crap system Norton is. you are trying to bill me twice and I cannot speak to a person to find out why. The Chat bots do not work!!!!!!!!

I Sign'd In to my Norton account -> Contact Norton Support -> Chat Support: Chat Now


I click'd "Manage my account" -> "Something else" and type'd "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".
