What happened to "My Device Names"

Norton 360 Multi-Device Ver. 22.5.2.15

So 360 updated, changed the whole layout. What happened to "My devices list?" It used to show the list of devices by "Device Name" this could be verified on the "Network Map" now all my devices show with the same name and the "Operating System"

i.e. "SharkyCA Windows 7" "SharkyCA Vista "  "SharkyCA Vista 1" "SharkyCA Netbook"

I removed N360 as I could not tell which PC was which as they all had the same name followed by the operating system, at least with the network map you could tell which was which.

Had to remove and reinstall N360 Premium 5 seats twice before I was able to figure out what was happening, removing licenses and reinstalling is a PAIN surely Symantec is better than this CRAP in Ver 22.5.2.15

Re: What happened to "My Device Names"

FWIW ~ Check Remote Management is On all machines.  Then power off i.e. "SharkyCA Windows 7" & "SharkyCA Vista" & "SharkyCA Vista 1" and only power on "SharkyCA Netbook"
Norton account will show "SharkyCA Netbook" Online.  Then you'll know machine/device identified by Norton account.  You may rename machine in Windows and/or device in Norton account.

Re: What happened to "My Device Names"

These are steps I have already followed. One computer has to stay on so you can see the other "devices " as they are taken off line, it is a tedious work around and not worthy of NORTON. BRING BACK THE NETWORK MAP. My subscription for 5 devices is up in 128 days, McAfee is looking GOOD.

Hello Sharky

There is a thread requesting that Norton bring back the Network Map in Product Suggestion Forum. Please vote and give a Kudos for that thread in the Product Suggestion Forum. It may help to bring back the Map. Thanks.
