What happened with PDT change to PST causing issues with time monitoring

My kids have time restrictions daily ending their computer time at 22:00. With the "FALL BACK" to PST today, their time restriction was shutting them off at 21:00.  We checked settings on the account and everything SEEMS to be right, but cannot find a fix for the issue.
