Hi all.
I am a foreigner living in Japan and use Norton 360.
I need to renew it, but I am afraid that if I do it I will have a version all written in Japanese?
Can anyone confirm me please that if I do the renewal without VPN, I will have a Japanese version?

We would probably just be guessing, which is why no replies yet.
I would suggest that if you use Norton's renewal process, it should renew the exact product you have now, just extending the subscription time. If you were to purchase a new subscription while in Japan, you would probably end up with a Japanese version.
You could try contacting Norton Support to ask them about this? www.norton.com/contactcs If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.

Hi @antoniop,
Thank you for post on the Norton Community. The product language will not change after renewal. Installed product language depends on Windows display language, and not the IP traffic. Thank you.

but you may get a problem that the norton 360 do only work in Japan ther is region lock so if you buy it in usa it only work ther like eu ect
