When I turn on Norton Secure VPN, the printer goes offline

My HP 8730 Printer is network-connected - no cables.  I print from my Windows 10 computer and my iPad and iPhone.  When I turn on Norton Secure VPN, the printer goes offline.  When I turn Secure VPN off, the printer goes back online.  In a previous thread, I read of a solution where I can completely uninstall the instances of the printer, including fax printer, then turn on Secure VPN, then reinstall the printer instances.  The iPhone and iPad do not use Secure VPN; it's not clear what would happen with them.  It sounds complicated.  If I get further insight on this from HP, I will return here and share.  Bottom line, Norton Secure VPN may not be worth it given this issue.  Norton 360 the latest version.

I'm glad you found my earlier post. I looked everywhere (obviously not) and couldn't find it.  No.  Those two answers did not work.  Any other suggestions would be welcome!
