When I use Norton file insight "Check Trust Now", it showed this message.

When I use Norton file insight "Check Trust Now", it showed this message.
It almost never succeed.

I only can't use this feature, other feature is ok.

I think maybe some problem on the server, coz I also have the problem when I use Nis 2010 beta.

( "Check Trust Now" is showed when the file is Unproven.)

One:

Did you go into your program rules and specifically allow all of the Norton and Symantec executables to connect to the net?

Yes, I can update and use Norton Community Watch.
I just can't use Check Trust Now.

I'm not sure if you are understanding me.  If you click on C:drive>Program files>Norton (whatever)>engine> there should be a number of .exe files in there that you can specifically allow to access the net.

If you open your Norton and go to the program rules, you can click add to find the path to the executables you want to allow.  You might also have to check the path to Symantec folder.  I can't recall at the moment as I am not on my own computer.

Hello. Who is your ISP? Is your machine connected via a wireless router? What other device or software can you think of that may interfere with a reliable connection? Thanks!

My ISP is "hinet", a Taiwan ISP.

Yes, my machine via a wireless router, but I don't use wireless to make it to connect internet, it just open for other machine. (but always not connect with those machine, ex: Wii or DS.)

I didn't change it since I use NIS 2010 beta, but when I use NIS 2010 beta, this situation just happened sometimes.

Now I can't use this feature at all.

I can't find other software reliable now.. coz my machine almost the same as beta.
