Whenever I click the renew button the error 16 shows up on the webpage

Whenever I click the renew button, error 16 shows up on the webpage. Anyone else have this issue?

Are you using a VPN when trying to access this page? If so, turn it off and test. Norton is one of many sites that block known VPN IP addresses. Even their own????????

I'm not using a VPN. I even got a relative in another country to check, it still says error 16.

Did the relative try to click on renew from their own Norton product? If they just clicked on your link, that link is a direct link to a Norton error message. Anyone clicking on that will see the error message you are seeing.

I just tried clicking on the renew button and did not see any error. I was taken to the renewal payment page.

If you are till getting that error, try clearing your browser's cache.
